What the public can read

Anyone can read the manifests through the public observer party. A manifest holds a batch number, a timestamp, a users root and the previous manifest's hash, with no names, no amounts, no list of who traded. It is one contract per cycle whether ten people traded or ten thousand.

What only you and Titan can read

Everything else Titan puts on the ledger, such as your deposit receipts and withdrawal requests, is visible only to you and Titan.

That is a property of Canton itself: a contract is shown only to the parties it concerns. Other users, and the public observer party, cannot see it at all.
